“HOW OUR LEASING PROGRAM WORKS”

Our leasing program was developed to provide you with all the artwork you need when you want it and allows you to pay for it over three years.

We visit your facility and help you determine your art needs.

After selecting the pieces we frame them to your satisfaction.

We then deliver and install the art work.

The first payment is paid at the time of delivery and quarterly billings will
follow for three years.

At the end of the three years, you own it and no buy out!

“CAN YOU CHANGE THE ART?"

Yes, artwork can be returned and replaced with different art work.  It will
start a new contract but the beauty of this for the consumer is that they
didn’t have to pay full price for something they didn’t care for.

“SELECTING YOUR ART WORK”

We have over 200,000 prints to choose from in addition to wonderful
photography by local photographers.  Also available are Giclees, limited
editions and original art work by our own local artists.

You are welcome to make your own selections or our experienced staff
would be delighted to help you.

EXAMPLE OF A 3 YEAR LEASING CONTRACT:
Billing is done quarterly over a three year period. First
payment is higher and includes design consultation,
delivery & installation.

As you can see, the remaining 11 payments are substantially
less. No prepayment penalties and no "buy out". At the end
of 3 years, you own the art.
